Talawanda moved to D-I last year and Mondello wasn’t able to make it to state, and he won’t be able to get there this year due to conflicts in the postseason diving and wrestling schedules.

OXFORD — Talawanda’s wrestling team found its numbers down this season, but that opened the door for several freshmen to step in and gain valuable varsity experience for the future.
