A Miami County Municipal Court Prosecutor declined to file charges against West Milton Police officer Jason Stevens for his role in a fatal pedestrian strike on November 6th on South Miami Street.

WEST MILTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The Village of West Milton is asking voters to renew a levy that provides essential funds for their police and fire departments when they go to the polls in November.
