Courtney called the ambulance, who she said instructed her to go to Willowbrook House, a nursing home in St Mellons, which was given a defibrillator for public use in 2014.

Willowbrook House Care Home in St. Mellons, like many other care homes in the country, has been in strict lockdown since 9 March which meant no visits have been permitted during this time.
