Bill Simmons proposed a Celtics blockbuster trade on Sunday that would send Jaylen Brown to the Houston Rockets.

Meanwhile, Boston would receive Fred VanVleet, a championship point guard on a more manageable contract; Jabari Smith Jr., a 21-year-old stretch big with upside; Tari Eason, a tough-nosed defender; and the No. 10 pick in the draft to keep their prospect pipeline flowing.

The Boston Celtics have their work cut out for them this offseason as they look to remain competitive amid the absence of Jayson Tatum. That won't be easy considering the team has one of the highest payrolls in professional sports.
