Austria has won the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest, the country's first victory since 2014. Opera singer JJ clinched the title with "Wasted Love."

Austrian fans have enthusiastically welcomed classically trained singer JJ back home at Vienna airport after he won the Eurovision Song Contest with “Wasted Love.”

With 178 points in the public vote, Austrian singer JJ wins Eurovision 2025! His total is 436 points, pushing Israel into second place. A sharp intake of breath in the arena and the newsroom as Switzerland get nul points in the public vote, along with the UK.
