As she continues her return to public life, Kate Middleton joked “I seem to have lost my family!” after she fell behind Prince William, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis on the royal family’s traditional Christmas Day walkabout.

The Princess of Wales was among the royals who stepped out to meet well-wishers after a Christmas Day church service.

Kate Middleton, Princess Charlotte and more members of the British royal family came together for Christmas Day services in Sandringham, Norfolk, on Wednesday to celebrate the holiday. The Prince and Princess of Wales brought their three children to greet well-wishers for the morning’s festivities.

Many of Kate Middleton’s Christmas Day walkabout conversations at Sandringham centered around being diagnosed with cancer, as the Princess of Wales was earlier in 2024.

King Charles III and Kate Middleton both announced this year they have cancer. Middleton revealed in September that she completed chemotherapy treatment.

The royal family gathered at Sandringham to celebrate the holiday, even as Prince Harry and Prince Andrew sat out the festivities.
