Live Nation has added Trump loyalist Richard Grenell to its board of directors amid a criminal antitrust probe conducted by the Justice Department. Grenell—installed by President Donald Trump as head of the Kennedy Center in February—was appointed to the board on Tuesday.

President Donald Trump hosted the Kennedy Center’s leadership, reinforcing how much time he’s devoting to remaking one of the nation’s premier cultural centers in a larger effort to ideologically and socially overhaul the nation’s arts scene.

The center’s new president said prosecutors should look at its “criminal” debt and deferred maintenance, as the center announced dance and theater offerings that include some with nonunion casts.
