The NWS Los Angeles/Oxnard CA issued a red flag warning at 10:08 a.m. on Wednesday in effect until 6 p.m. The warning is for Malibu Coast, Eastern Santa Monica Mountains Recreational area, Eastern San Fernando Valley and Eastern San Gabriel Mountains.
