Russia killed dozens of Ukrainian civilians in less than 48 hours on Monday and Tuesday, according to Ukrainian officials, two of the deadliest days in many months.

Russian forces have relentlessly blasted civilian areas of Ukraine throughout the war, which is now in its fourth year.

A Russian missile attack on Ukraine's southeastern Dnipropetrovsk region on Tuesday killed at least nine people, damaged civilian infrastructure and wounded dozens of train passengers, officials said.
