A mixed-use development with 357 apartments with a garage and office space is being proposed at the southeast corner of Val Vista Drive and Pecos Road along Market street.

The North Carolina-based restaurant acquired a property at the northeast corner of Val Vista Drive and Mercy Road, ABC15 reported. The opening date for the new location has not yet been announced.
