Derek Orme, 37, was apprehended in Cabell County on Thursday without incident according to a news release from West Virginia State Police.

The checkpoint will be on W.Va. Route 7 near Sabraton, although an exact coordinate was not given. Troopers with the Morgantown detachment will conduct the checkpoint on Friday, Jan. 17 from 6 p.m.
