City of Madison officials said Thursday that almost 200 ballots from the Nov. 5 general election were not properly processed.

Nearly 200 absentee ballots in Wisconsin from the November election went uncounted. The city of Madison Clerk's Office said 193 ballots were discovered during post-election reconciliation and cleanup.

The number of ballots was not enough the affect the outcome of any races on the ballot in these areas, the Clerk's Office said.
