Britain has been joined by Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Norway in sanctioning Israeli ministers Itamar Ben-Gvir and Bezalel Smotrich.

Foreign Minister Penny Wong says Australia has joined the UK, Canada and New Zealand in sanctioning Itamar Ben-Gvir and Bezalel Smotrich for inciting violence against Palestinians.
