Former Denver restaurateur Alex Gurevich was named in a lawsuit claiming he inflated the $4.4 million sales price of an Englewood auto body shop.

"I'm incredibly excited about the start of the school year," said Dr. Alex Marrero, superintendent of Denver Public Schools.
