SCOTTSBORO – The Scottsboro City Council is considering a local group's request for financial help in combating a major erosion problem at the city's 134-year-old Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Funeral service is today at 12 noon at New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Kelvert Scruggs as the eulogist. Burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Scottsboro, Alabama.
