WASHINGTON — More than 60 students from Eastern Senior High School are preparing for a performance that could make history — not just for their school, but for all of D.C. Public Schools.

Just before 10 a.m., officers said they went to the 1700 block of East Capitol Street, NE, adjacent to Eastern Senior High School where they found the teen who was shot.
