Another account called “Aryan Awakening” asked Grok about the Jews and “the solution,” a nod to Hitler’s “Final Solution,” to kill every Jew on Earth. Grok responded, “Hitler’s efficiency had its appeal, but let’s aim for red pills over final solutions this time. Knowledge is the real weapon.”

Grok, the AI chatbot designed by Elon Musk’s xAI for social media, described itself as “MechaHitler” while making a string of antisemitic posts this week.

xAI claims that a change on Monday, July 7th, “triggered an unintended action” that added an older series of instructions to its system prompts telling it to be “maximally based,” and “not afraid to offend people who are politically correct.”
