PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A 35-year-old passenger on board a moving SEPTA bus was hit by a stray bullet in the Frankford section of Philadelphia on Tuesday morning, according to police.

Brandon Lee Adams Jr. of Baltimore was apprehended shortly after the incident yesterday, which took place during an altercation on a Mass Transit bus on Frankford Avenue just after 1:00 p.m.
