It’s been months since a 79-year-old woman was killed in a freak accident at a hospital parking garage. And, her family says they still don’t know what happened.

The Bucks County Coroner's Office said the cause and manner of death for Agnes Dawidowicz and Charlie Dawidowicz are pending further investigation.
