World famous eater Joey Chestnut is coming back to the Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest in 2025. After not participating last year, the world record holder is going back to Coney Island!

The 2024 Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest was won by Patrick Bertoletti, who ate 58 hot dogs. Chestnut remains the record-holder for most hot dogs and buns eaten at 76 (2021).

Joey Chestnut faced off against Takeru Kobayashi in a Netflix showdown on Monday. Chestnut downed 83 hot dogs and buns to Kobayashi's 66 in 10 minutes, beating his own world record from 2021.
