A group of New York City college students are spreading Black Boy Joy online, in spite of negativity, led by Khadim Thiam.

As the expectations for kindergarten have risen, the changes have put boys, who tend to mature later, at a disadvantage.

The 10 students have posted several videos conquering a range of activities from puppy yoga to dance classes and pilates.
