The hall will have 140 seats. and will be open from 8 a.m. to 3 a.m. daily. Each restaurant outlet will have its own hours. People must be 21 to enter the casino.

For now, the casino has a temporary retail space, with 10 wagering kiosks and a window. One week from Thursday, Sept. 8, Kansas Star’s permanent retail sportsbook will open.
