The sign reads, "Please, pardon our mess while we make some major improvements," and references the pocket park located on the White Hall Museum ... and bass by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission.

BLUFF CITY -- Of all the great state parks in Arkansas, White Oak Lake State Park is one of my favorites. Its centerpiece is, of course, White Oak Lake, which is divided into upper and lower sections.
