An 18-year-old from Moorestown, New Jersey, is suspected of creating materials that could make improvised explosive devices, authorities said.

Federal authorities are searching for an 18-year-old Moorestown High School student who allegedly used dangerous explosive materials to help fellow students with a science project, police said.
