A group of French-Moroccan tourists accidentally crossed into Algerian waters. The Algerian coast guard shot at them, killing two people, according to reports.

Ms. Lorente Sánchez said the boat capsized about 46 miles off the Moroccan coast and about twice as far from the Spanish island of Gran Canaria.
