The 16 Nottingham High School students were announced as winners of the New York State Bar Association Mock Trial Competition on Tuesday by New York Appellate Court Justice Eddie J. McShan.

The Romeo High School Mock Trial Team finished in the top two to advance to the state finals in the annual regional tournament last weekend at the Macomb County courthouse in Mount Clemens.
