The revitalized crest will be featured on the team’s new primary home and away uniform kits, developed in partnership with Fanatics and the National Hockey League.

In a video announcement paying homage to Back to the Future featuring Michael J. Fox and Charlie McAvoy, the Bruins hyped the new jersey as being "Boston built" and "powered by tradition." Bruins president Cam Neely touted the jerseys as having a combination of "fan-favorite" elements from the team's history and a revitalized style to carry them into the future.
