A 4-year-old boy taken after a deadly Norfolk shooting was found safe in Virginia Beach. Tyli Scott, 27, is in custody. Police say charges are pending.

A 17-year-old was taken to Norfolk Sentara Hospital with non-life threatening injuries after being shot by four other teens on the I-264 catwalk Saturday, according to Virginia State Police.
