The crash occurred at 9:41 a.m. Sunday after the 45-year-old driver turned from Highway 99W onto westbound Oregon Route 18.

All lanes of Oregon Route 211/224 have been shut down just south of Eagle Creek following a car crash, Thursday afternoon. The crash happened four miles north of Estacada, between milepost 18 and 19.
