Actor David H. K. Bell, who made his big screen debut in the live-action remake of Disney’s “Lilo & Stitch,” died just weeks after the film’s release.
The eighth “Mission: Impossible” movie also repeated, in second place, with $27.3 million from 3,861 locations. As with “Lilo & Stitch,” that’s down 57 percent from its opening.

First place once again went to “Lilo & Stitch,” which added another $32.5 million in North America, bringing its domestic total to $335.8 and global tally to $772.6 million.
As with “Lilo & Stitch,” that’s down 57% from its opening. With $122.6 million in domestic tickets sold, it’s performing in line with the two previous installments.
