The Youngstown City Schools Preschool department is holding an enrollment open house where parents can enroll children and get answers for any questions about the process.

This year’s Heartland CASA Playhouse raffle, under the theme A Backyard Oasis, will feature a garden shed and a few other items to make a personal retreat.
