A state economic development fund is kicking in $20 million for a project to expand an Interstate 64 interchange that will ease traffic in New Kent county.

Phillips 66 (NYSE:PSX) is planning to produce CARB gasoline at its 105K bbl/day refinery in Ferndale, Washington, to help supply the California market, CEO Mark Lashier said Tuesday, Argus reported.
