SINGAPORE – More aviation and maritime officials from around the world will be trained here in Singapore, as the Republic launches and develops new training programmes in these two sectors.

The train was on its way to Bengaluru from the Indian Oil Corporation terminal in Chennai when the fire broke out.

Laid-off employees ranged from those working in firefighter health programs, to those approving new respirators.
