The Dodgers built a big early lead against the Yankees Saturday and with the game in hand, the three-time MVP seems to have lost interest.

The Los Angeles Dodgers rallied from an early three-run deficit to come back and beat the New York Yankees 8-5 in a rematch of last year's World Series.

Aaron Judge struck first, as the Yankees right fielder clobbered a knee-high offering more than 440 feet to the batter’s eye in center field. Shohei Ohtani countered, driving the first pitch he saw into the bleachers in left center field for his major league-leading 21st home run and sixth leadoff home run of the season.

Los Angeles is 34-22, two games ahead of the San Diego Padres and three games free of the San Francisco Giants with the Arizona Diamondbacks lurking at seven games behind. The Yankees on the other hand are 6.5 games clear of the second-place Tampa Bay Rays, 7.5 up on the Toronto Blue Jays and 9.5 ahead of the Boston Red Sox.
