The San Francisco 49ers made two key moves this offseason with two of their star players. Both George Kittle and Brock Purdy were rewarded with major contract extensions. Kittle received a lucrative four-year, $76.4 million deal to keep him in town. That deal might take him through the rest of his NFL career.

Brock Purdy is no longer the best bargain in football. That means the 49ers have to push all the right buttons to build a championship roster around their expensive QB.
