Gardens Alive! spokesperson Scott Atkinson says that it is only the Tipp City retail location – the Spring Hill Nursery Garden Center – that is being used temporarily as a catalog outlet center.

TIPP CITY — Spring Hill Nurseries is closing its retail store at 110 W. Elm St., but will maintain a presence in Tipp City, according to a prepared statement issued by the city.
