A Sacramento high school robotics team is gearing up for the world championships. The award-winning team from St. Francis Catholic High School held their last practice at the Jesuit pool.

On Monday, the district settled two lawsuits about a book policy that the school board put in place last year.

Youssef Mahdar was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries and has since been discharged from the hospital.Lahik was a Windermere High School senior, according to Orange County Public Schools.
