EASTON, Pa. - An 18-year-old man was shot early Wednesday in what police believe is a "targeted" shooting. The shooting occurred in the 100 block of St. John's Street on Easton's South Side.

There were nearly 4,000 power outages in the area at 7 a.m., mostly in the Easton, West Easton and Wilson areas, according to Met-Ed. That number was down to just under 3,000 as of 9:30 a.m.
