Fools’ Flotilla returned for another year, and with it, hundreds of kayaks, canoes and anything else that floats.

The Yahara River was alive with music, laughter, and a colorful flotilla of costumed paddlers earlier today as the annual Fools' Flotilla returned to Madison.
