A Texas woman is taking the state's Lottery Commission to court after winning a staggering $83 million jackpot, only to be denied the prize months later.

A woman still has not been paid after her controversial $83.5 million Lotto Texas jackpot win. She is suing the Texas Lottery Commission in an attempt to receive her winnings.
