James Hudson III, who has practiced all offseason as the first-team left tackle with Andrew Thomas (Lisfranc) sidelined, left Wednesday’s long padded practice halfway through and did not return.

As the team hits the field Wednesday for the first practice of training camp, Thomas will not be taking his spot on the offensive line. He opens up camp on the physically unable to perform list.
