As of today (November 12), the facility has 367 new parking stalls for a total of 840 spaces. On November 4, a new parking fee of $2 per day or $40 per month went into effect at South Surrey.

The parking lot was constructed in five days and resulted in creating accomodation for 16 cars in a space that would have otherwise held two, according to the YouTube account Smart Parking KSA.
