Russ Smith, a member of the 2013 Louisville basketball team who won the NCAA Tournament, was arrested early Sunday morning.

Russ Smith was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, and having unregistered plates.

Smith was stopped in the Highlands by Louisville Metro Police, who alleged he made an illegal U-turn. Smith's BAC test was over the legal limit, according to an arrest citation.
