A $500,000 bond has been set for Lavia Paul, 23, who is accused of shooting and killing 25-year-old Kiara Jackson at Mill Creek Falls Metropark.

The footage, which has no audio, shows dozens of people congregating in the parking lot before scattering at the sound of gunfire.
