The owner of the Connecticut Post Mall has taken over management and leasing for the Trumbull Mall, just days after its owner Namdar Realty Group told CT Insider it had defaulted on its loan.

Namdar acquired the Trumbull Mall and the South Shore Mall in Bayshore, N.Y. in a $196 million deal at the end of 2022. It purchased the mall from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield.
