Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner have once again distanced themselves from the rest in the ATP Race, after being the protagonists of an epic Roland Garros final.

However, despite Alcaraz’s triumph, it’s Sinner who made a leap in the ATP rankings. The Italian extended his lead at the top, earning 500 additional points for his runner-up finish. Alcaraz, while defending his 2,000 points from last year, missed the chance to narrow the gap further on Sinner, who remains the World No.1.

Ferrero praised Sinner and his rise to the ATP throne, acknowledging the Italian's incredible consistency. That sustained excellence has pushed Alcaraz to evolve and seek improvements to challenge his greatest rival.
