Delta pilot arrested by federal agents who rushed cockpit: ‘We were all shocked’
Deputies and Homeland Security Investigations agents arrested the 34-year-old pilot, identified Monday by the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Office as Rustom Bhagwagar, of Florida, on five counts of oral copulation with a child under 10 years of age. The Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office says the department has been investigating the pilot since April.
