The preliminary report from the investigationg into last month's deadly Air India crash showed that seconds after takeoff, the Boeing 787 plane's engine fuel control switches were briefly flipped off.

As per the report, these switches transitioned from ‘RUN’ to ‘CUTOFF’ position within a second of each other moments after lift-off, leading to the worst aviation disaster involving an Indian airline in four decades.
