Fairfield Township firefighters rescued two camp attendees on Wednesday. (Fairfield Township Fire Dept.) It was no easy rescue. They had to bring in 35 foot ladders and a rope system from several emergency departments to get up a 50-foot embankment to a railroad line. Both campers were able to taken to the hospital to be treated.
