KANNAPOLIS, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) – A man has been arrested after a 7-year-old girl was accidentally shot and killed by her sibling Thursday morning in Kannapolis, authorities said.
Edgar Maddison Welch, 36, was shot just after 10 p.m. on Jan. 4, after pulling out a gun during a traffic stop, Kannapolis Fire and Police announced.
